Bill grew out of humble beginnings. The product of the marriage between a gun lobbyist and a Hollywood holy man, Bill started out as just an idea that all Americans have the right to bare concealed high-powered automatic fire arms.
They sent him to study at School House Rock,
where some producers
found out they could make him a star
with modest kickbacks from the NRA.
