Itinerary :
DAY 1: Madras (Chennai)
Your South Indian tour starts off as soon as you step into Madras International Airport late at night. Our tour representatives will be there to welcome you and will assist you to your hotel. Relax and spend the night there.
DAY 2: Madras – Mahabalipuram
Wake up in the morning and indulge in a relaxing breakfast. Then proceed for the tour of the capital city of Tamil Nadu.
This down-to-earth city with its friendly and helping people make the visitors feel at ease. We will show you the Enfield Factory, Fort Museum, Kapaleeshwarar Temple and the famous Marine Beach.
You will surely enjoy the modest ambience of this city.
In the evening, we will drive you to Mahabalipuram. On the way, we will stop by Kanchipuram. One of the seven most sacred cities in India, Kanchipuram is famous for its silk and sandalwood manufacture. After seeing around Kanchipuram, we will resume our journey to Mahabalipuram. On reaching, you will be retiring to your hotel room and spend the night there.
DAY 3: Mahabalipuram – Pondicherry
In the morning, you will be unfolding the travellers’ true enclave in Tamil Nadu, Mahabalipuram. The place is rich in archaic rock carvings, a true example of which is the Shore Temple. The other attractions here are the Krishna Mandapam, the Ganesh Ratha and the Trimurti Cave Temple.
In the evening, we will escort you to Pondicherry by road. On reaching, you will be spending the night in the hotel.
DAY 4: Pondicherry – Tanjore
Marine promenade, broad boulevards, marks of French culture- that is Pondicherry for you. Having a strong colonial past, Pondicherry possesses a very different ambience compared to any other city in South India. We will show you the Notre Dame de Anges, the Paradise Beach, Puducherry Museum, Reppo Beach and Sri Aurobindo Ashram.
In the evening, you will be proceeding to Tanjore.
Spend the night in the hotel.
DAY 5: Tanjore – Madurai
In the morning, we will take you out for the tour of Tanjore.
The main attractions of this city are the Brihadishwara Temple and the extensive Maratha complex. Besides, you will be appalled to see the unique Tanjore painting style.
Later you will proceed to Madurai today. On the way you will stop by Trichy.
The most important landmark here is the Rockfort Temple.
After seeing around the amazing city of Trichy (Tiruchirapalli), you will resume your trip to Madurai.
DAY 6: Madurai
Embark on a full day tour of the city of Madurai. The city is famous for the Meenakshi Temple. The rich culture of the city is mesmerizing. The main tourist attractions here are the Gandhi Memorial Museum, Sri Meenakshi Temple and Tirumalai Nayak Palace. We will show you around the place and in the evening you can witness a religious ceremony in Meenakshi Temple. Spend the night in the hotel.
DAY 7: Madurai – Periyar
This morning, we will take you to Periyar. Well known for the famous tiger sanctuary Periyar is a famous tourist ground. Enjoy your tour in the dense forest and track on tigers. Retire to your hotel on sunset. Spend your night in the hotel.
DAY 8: Periyar – Kumarakom
Today we will take you to Kumarakom. This famous tourist village is rich in its flora and fauna. The famous Kumarakom Bird sanctuary here is a marked tourist attraction. It flaunts its huge collection of migratory birds.
Reach Kumarakom and check in to the hotel. Stay overnight there.
DAY 9: Kumarakom – Alleppey – Cochin
In the morning, pay a visit to the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary. Later that day, embark on an exotic boat cruise trip to Alleppey. You can choose the kind of boat you want to travel in. Enjoy the serene ambience of the backwater boat journey. From Alleppey, proceed to Cochin. Reach and check in to the hotel for overnight stay.
DAY 10: Cochin – Ooty
In the morning, we will assist you to reach Ooty. A well known picnic spot, Ooty is famous for its breathtaking scenic beauty. The Queen of Hill Stations will leave you speechless with its picturesque view.
In the evening, you can go for a ride around the city. Enjoy the exotic climate of the hill station. The wide tea estates are soothing to eyes. We will take you to see the Centenary Rose Park, Doddabetta Lookout and the Thread Garden.
DAY 11: Ooty – Mysore
Start off for Mysore this morning. Reach in the evening and retire to your hotel. Spend the night there.
DAY 12: Mysore
The city of Mysore has its own charismatic appeal which immediately grasps you as you enter the city. It was once the seat of Wodeyar rulers. It is famous for its sandalwood production. We will take you to the Jayachamarajendra art gallery, Jayalakshmi Vilas Complex Museum, Karanji Lake Nature Park and the famous Mysore Palace.

DAY 13: Mysore – Bangalore
The IT hub of India, Bangalore is a sprawling metropolis. It has a number of tourist attractions. You will be taken to the Bangalore Palace, Cubbon Park, Bull Temple and Lalbagh Botanical Gardens.
After the whole day city tour, you will proceed to the International Airport to catch the flight back to your home.
